So the construction has begun...... Most of you know we bought 8C in January 2011 (yes it was that long ago) and have been working on the design plans ever since. I think our architects are sorely sick of the sight of us. But at last the Department of Buildings and the Co-op Board saw sense and approved for us to progress with construction. This week has been demolition in 8C - which needed it - photos of pre demolition above, although to be honest they look as though already partially demolited. This is likely going to take 4-6 months (and probably more) so rather than bore people with emails we are going to try and blog..... Never done this before so bear with us.
